Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2/18/2026
By browsing our site or purchasing from Stvdio Stvdio LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Custom Orders & Prototypes
As outlined in our FAQ, all custom commissions and studio prototypes are Final Sale.
Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work.
Approvals: We will provide detailed specifications for your approval before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
2. Product Variations
Our furniture is handcrafted from industrial materials. You acknowledge that:
Natural Character: Blackened steel, raw metal, and wood grain possess inherent variations in tone, texture, and finish. These are hallmarks of artisanal work and are not considered defects.
Color Representation: Digital displays vary; we cannot guarantee that the color on your screen perfectly matches the physical powder coat or wood stain.
3. Installation & Liability (Crucial for Wall-Mounted Pieces)
Stvdio Stvdio provides high-quality steel and wood furniture, but we do not provide installation services.
Safe Mounting: For all wall-mounted items, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the piece is securely installed into appropriate wall blocking or studs by a qualified professional.
Weight Limits: Customers must adhere to the weight capacities specified for each piece.
Liability Waiver: Stvdio Stvdio is not liable for any damage to property, or injury to persons, resulting from improper installation, wall failure, or exceeding weight limits. By purchasing a wall-mounted item, you assume all risk associated with its installation and use.
4. Shipping & Damage Claims
Inspection: You must inspect your delivery immediately. Any transit damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading and reported to us with photos within 48 hours.
Clear Delivery: Signing for a delivery as "Clear" or "Good Condition" waives your right to a damage claim.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Stvdio Stvdio, our craftsmen, or our affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
